1. Commissions are only undertaken with a three month completion period. This period to commence five complete working days from the receipt of the completed and signed contract form.
2. The final composition will be delivered to the commissioner within the three month period by Special Delivery - return receipt requested. Under mutual agreement other delivery methods may be organized.
3. A non refundable deposit of 33% of the approximate completed cost of the commission is due and payable upon the signing of the commission contract.
4. Work on the commission may commence at any time within the three month completion period.
5. Changes in any or all of the details of the contract cannot be changed after the commission contract is signed.Under exceptional circumstances and with the mutual consent of all parties certain changes may be made. If changes are contemplated the completion period is suspended and only recommenced when the changes have been made.
6. Cancelation of the contract can only be effected during the first third of the completion period. Either party can during this period cancel the contract with seven days notice. If the commissioner cancels the contract the deposit if forfeited. If the composer cancels the contract, and at his discretion, half of the deposit may be returned to the customer.
