TOPIC:- Sound Sculpture No.1

Sound Sculpture No. 1 is the combined name for three compositions. These three compositions - Trio for Bass Clarinet, Trumpet and Percussion, Prelude, Fantasy, Adagio and Allegro For Solo Percussion, and Fantasia, Adagio and Canon for Cello Bass Clarinet, Horn and Solo Percussion were all written between 1969 and 1972 and performed during the same years. They are combined together under the title Sound Sculpture No. 1 because they each use the same unusual and novel notation format (see Notation and Temporal Notation).
